Shipping policy

Processing Time
All Allen Trench Safety orders are processed within 14 business days of purchase. Processing times may vary depending on inventory availability and production scheduling. Customers will be notified if delays occur.

Shipping Method
Orders ship via LTL freight carrier from our facility. All deliveries are curbside unless otherwise arranged in advance. A signature is required upon delivery.

Freight Charges
Freight costs are calculated based on product size, weight, and delivery location. Shipping charges will be confirmed prior to shipment. Customers are responsible for ensuring delivery access, including liftgate service if required.

Delivery Time
Estimated transit times vary by region and carrier availability. Most shipments arrive within 3–10 business days after dispatch.

Inspection Upon Delivery
Customers must inspect the shipment at the time of delivery. Any visible damage must be noted on the Bill of Lading before signing. Failure to document damage at delivery may limit the ability to file a freight claim.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sales@allentrenchsafety.com or 877-854-3552. We will assist in resolving freight or product issues.

Final Sale Policy
Due to the industrial nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product arrives damaged or incorrect.
