Buildable Panel Trench Box System

Our Buildable Panel Box is an aluminum trench shoring system consisting of 2.8” x 8” tongue and groove panels, corner posts, and a strut system at the ends. The system can be constructed in 2-sided, 3-sided, and 4-sided setups. 

The pins enable easy on-site assembly and modification of the box. Panels range from 3’ to 16’ in length. Corner posts range from 2’ to 8’. Hand-adjustable and fixed spreaders, up to 12’, are available. 

This lightweight trench box is commonly used in the utility industry, where differing circumstances and trench sizes occur on a day-to-day basis.
